Jessica Fallis is a Connecticut-based emerging artist. She works in a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, and ceramics. Her love of the ocean and travel has inspired an investigation of landscape in her recent works, and her background in English and Romantic poetry also fuels her investigation of memory and reflection. Her work has been displayed throughout Connecticut and has been included in group shows at the New Britain Museum of American Art, Five Points Gallery, The Mystic Museum of Art, the West Hartford Art League, and others. Her studio is currently part of the University of Hartford Five Points Gallery Launchpad initiative in Torrington, CT.
In addition to art, Jessica is also a full time teacher and a part time writer. Her work has been published in Art New England, and she hopes to continue writing about art in the future.
